Returns
Our return policy lasts 90 days. We offer free return shipping on most orders with a few exceptions. If your return is after 90 days, we will only offer a refund in the form of store credit.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging and instructions.Â
Upon your request, we will email you a pre paid return shipping label if your return is approved. We will not send a return label in the mail, so you must have or find access to a printer in order to use the free return label.
Otherwise, you can use a shipping carrier of your choice to send us the return at 5700 Crooks Rd. Suite 112, Troy MI 48098. Please make sure to include your first and last name, and order number in the return. We do not cover postage fees for this return option.
If you choose to send the item back on your own, we recommend that you choose a service with purchase protection or tracking, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item. We will not process a refund for a return that is not received at the above address.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you do so, we will not be able to process a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
 -Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned past our return timeframe.Â
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will automatically process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days for your bank to credit the account if you purchased with a credit card.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or for a different size (if applicable). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@topoonlinebargains.com to initiate the exchange process.
